摘要
设计并搭建蒸汽喷射式制冷测试系统,采用水箱温度分区、快速掺混和恒温出水的方法,在尽可能少利用外部能源输入的前提下,使制冷量与冷凝热相互抵消,实现试验台的节能设计。通过试验测试分析工作蒸汽温度、蒸发温度、冷凝温度和压力对制冷机组制冷能力的影响,为改善和提高船用蒸汽喷射式制冷机组的性能提供参考依据。
The steam jet refrigeration test system is designed and built. On the premise of minimum use of external energy input,the cooling capacity and condensing heat offset each other,and the energy-saving of testing system design is realized,using design methods of tank temperature subdivision,rapid blending and thermostatic backwater. Through the experiment test,the effects of working steam temperature,evaporating temperature,condensing temperature and pressure on cooling capacity are analyzed,which provides references for improvement and enhancement of the marine steam jet refrigerator’s performance.
