摘要
中央空调系统的节能评价指标为冷水机组的COP值,而机组的COP值是一个动态的系统参数。影响COP值的因素很多,包括冷水机组的外部因素和机组系统的内部因素。基于某台冷水机组的出厂测试报告数据,采用定性和定量相结合的故障诊断方法,分析得到该机组COP值不合格是由于机组的油充装过量导致制冷剂换热效率下降,并指出仅100%负荷时COP值不能完全代表冷水机组的节能。
the coefficient of performance (COP) was the main parameter to evaluate the energy conservation of the central air-conditioning system. The COP of the water chiller was a dynamic parameter, and the influencing factors from the internal and external made it complicated. Based on the test report of 100% load, the faults diagnosis combining the qualitative and quantitative analysis was used to solve the problem, and the result was that the oil in the system was so excessive to make the coefficient of the heat exchange decreased. The only COP of 100% load was not stand for the low energy conservation in the air-conditioning system.
