摘要
针对世界典型乙烯技术,从技术、综合能耗、装置操作稳定性、长周期运转及工程化经验方面进行了分析。提出了国内大型乙烯装置应该选用物耗能耗低、操作稳定、有工业应用业绩的清洁生产技术,以保证装置投产以后技术指标先进,生产安全稳定,效益名列前茅。
This article analyses the advantages and dis- advantages of typical patent ethylene technologies world- wide in terms of technology detail,comprehensive ener- gy consumption,operational stability,long-term opera- tion,one-off investment and engineering experiences. In order to ensure an advanced technical index,a reli- able and stable operation and a good profit,this article proposes to select clean production technologies with low energy consumption,stable operation and practical per- formance.
