追溯和合文化最早的意识体现,厘清其历史演变及基本涵义,在此基础上,对和合文化的文化特征、思维特质进行进一步解读,充分认识到和合文化对现代教育管理学所具有的独特价值,并对其进行实践剖析。
This essay traces back to the earliest awareness of harmonious-cooperative culture, and clarifies its historical evolution and basic connotation, on the basis of which this author makes a further interpretation of its cultural traits and thinking particularities, so that its unique values to educational administration could be revealed and analyzed further in practice.
