高校青年教师“教—研”综合能力的长效培养模式研究

摘要 青年教师作为高校教学和科研的重要力量,其"教—研"综合能力直接关系到高校人才培养的质量和发展前景。针对当前高校出现的重科研能力培养轻教学能力培养、重学历培养轻实践能力培养、重职业培养轻个性化培养等青年教师能力培养现状,借鉴发达国家高校青年教师"教—研"综合能力培养的经验,提出组建优秀团队的"传、帮、带"培养模式、教研并重的"激励"培养模式和依靠国内外培训机构的"借力"培养模式。 The research-teaching comprehensive capacity of young college teachers as the main force of teaching and research is directly related to the quality of personnel training and development prospects of colleges. The ability training situation of young college teachers is either attaching importance to the training of research capacity rather than teaching ability,educational background rather than practical ability,or professional rather than personal cultivation and so on. Reference to the training experience of research-teaching comprehensive capacity of young college teachers in developed countries,some new opinions are proposed such as "inheritance,help and guide"mode establishing an excellent team,incentive model focusing on teaching and research and leveraging mode relying on domestic training institutions.
