摘要
首先介绍了功率合成技术,指出合成效率是衡量合成效果的关键指标;其次,对影响合成效率的主要因素如电路插入损耗、幅度差和相位差进行了分析;最后,提出了一种工作在26.5~40GHz频率范围内,带宽为13.5GHz的超宽带八路功率合成器,然后利用CST软件对该合成结构进行仿真,仿真结果达到预期效果,具有很好的使用价值。
This paper firstly introduces the technology of power synthesis, and illuminates the Rey index of synthesis effect is synthetic efficiency secondly analyzes several factors affecting the synthetic efficiency such as circuit insertion loss, amplitude difference and phase difference finally puts forward a 8-port power synthesizer which works in frequency 26.5-40 GHz and the bandwidth is 13.5 GHz, then uses CST software to simulate the synthetic structure. The simulation result achieves the desired effect, and the synthesizer has good usage value.
