摘要
目的调查当前伤医事件对在校医学生职业态度的影响。方法使用自制调查问卷对温州医科大学各个专业的学生进行抽样调查,并对结果进行统计学处理以及采用主题分析法分析结果。结果被调查者职业认同度尚可,未来职业信心低落,职业使命感堪忧;伤医事件损伤职业荣誉感,威胁基本人身安全;社交平台对消极情绪的急速蔓延以及职业选择的多元化扩大伤医事件本身影响力。结论伤医事件频发对医学生职业态度产生消极影响,成为制约医学生成为医疗工作者的要素。需要从社会、媒体、学校、教师等多方面加强措施以减少这种负面影响。
Objectives： To investigate the impact of doctor- attacking on medical students＇ occupation attitude. Methods： We conducted a sample survey towards different major of Wenzhou Medical University by using self- made questionnaire. Reults： The occupation attitude of interviewee is not so bad,the confidence aboutthe occupation is really deep down and the occupational sense of mission worries a lot of people. Doctor- attacking cases damage the honorable sense of occupation,even threatens basic personal security. The spread passive emotion by Network media,as well as the varied choices of occupations,expand the influence of hospital violence. Conclusions： The frequent occurrences of doctor- attacking cases weaken the occupational attitude of medical students and became the obstruction to be a doctor,countermeasures should be taken from multiaspect of society,media,schools and teachers through a variety of ways.
