氨汽提尿素装置中换热器运行优劣,直接关系到装置是否可以稳定运行,同时对尿素生产的氨耗、汽耗有较大影响,因此对装置中换热器的合理改进,有助于实现装置的稳定运行和节能降耗。
Ammonia stripping urea plant heat exchanger pros and cons of running is directly related to whether the device can be stable operation,while the production of ammonia to urea consumption,steam consumption has a greater impact,so a reasonable improvement on the heat exchanger means,contribute to stable operation of the device and energy saving.
