摘要
结合实际生产情况,分析低负荷下尿素产品缩二脲高的原因,并提出相应的措施,提高产品优级品率,实现装置在低负荷下的稳定运行,对实际操作和降低能耗均有着重要的意义。
From actual operation in our urea plant, analyze the reasons of urea containing high biuret content under condition of low load production, and propose the correspond countermeasures. Now urea quality is improved to the superior grade, the plant is running stablely under condition of low load production. This is great significance to actual operation and energy consumption reducing.
