摘要
提出一个由 CCD摄像机、图像采集卡和微机构成的计算机视觉测量系统用来测量形状不规则的大型物料堆的体积 .该系统通过拍摄大型物料堆的图像以及对图像数据的采集和分析 ,进行三维重建 ,定量计算大型物料堆体积 .实验证明 ,其测量误差小于 5 % 。
This paper proposed a computer-vision-based measuring system, consisting of CCD camera, image acquistion board and PC, for volume measurement of a large material stack with irregular shape. The volume of the stack can be calculated through image acquisition, data analysis and 3D reconstruction. The system can be easily realized, and its measuring error is lower than 5%. It is suitable for the volume measurement of coal stacks in a thermal power plant and other material stacks as well.
