摘要
根据FPSO的过驳作业方式和事故类型的分析,确定引起过驳作业的事故因素,建立过驳作业事故树;在此基础上对穿梭油轮的靠泊、过驳和离泊作业过程进行分析,确定可能出现的风险点,最后给出风险控制措施,对FPSO海上原油过驳作业事故率的降低具有积极意义。
According to the analysis of FPSO lightering modes and types of accidents, the accident factors was determined during lightering operations. Then it established the lightering accident tree. On this basis, it analysed the shuttle tanker berthing, lightering and unberthing operation process, and determined the possible risk points. Finally, it put forward risk control measures, which has a positive meaning for reducing the FPSO accident rates of crude oil lightering.
