摘要
基于动态系统理论,对中国和澳大利亚的中小学职前和在职教师教育现状进行对比分析,明确职前教师的培养质量和"一体化"并重发展的重要地位。在此基础上,对我国完善教师教育提出对策。
This paper makes a comparative analysis on the current situation of Chinese and Australia pre-service and in-service teacher education of primary and middle school,combining with organizational learning theory. Through the comparative analysis,the important position of the training quality of pre-service teacher education,and the integrated development of pre-service and in-service teacher education are cleared. On the basis of these,the paper will provide corresponding strategies for perfecting the Chinese teacher education.
