摘要
本研究从标准曲线相关系数、加标回收、精密度等方面对GB/T8314-2002和GB/T8314-2013进行比较。结果表明GB/T8314-2013比GB/T8314-2002相关系数要高、加标回收更准确,精密度两者相当,测得茶叶中氨基酸要低15%左右。
In this study,the GB / T8314-2002 and GB / T8314-2013 were compared in terms of standard curve correlation coefficient,adding standard recovery and precision of method. The results showed that the correlation coefficient of GB / T8314-2013 was higher than that of GB / T8314-2002,at the same time the recovery and the precision of the former was more accurate,and the amino acid content in the same sample was lower 15%.
