摘要
居民金融服务包容性反映了居民层面普惠金融的发展程度,但尚未有一个全面的可观测指标。文章尝试设计了包含银行、证券、保险三个主要金融服务领域的居民金融服务包容性指数,利用2005—2013年31个省市的面板数据进行指标测算,基于空间自相关分析理论与方法,对中国居民金融服务包容性的总体和局部空间差异及演化格局进行了全面探索。结果表明:观测期内,各省市居民金融服务包容性总体呈上升趋势,反映出中国普惠金融质量在渐进改善,但地区间呈现出明显的分化格局;总体空间差异先扩大后缩小,局部空间差异很小且相对稳定,但这并不是居民金融服务包容性协调发展的标志,而是地区间空间分异的反映。有效利用区域之间的辐射扩散效应,实现普惠金融一体化发展显得尤为重要。
The residents＇ financial services inclusion reflects the development conditions of inclusive finance at the resident level. However, there hasn＇t been a comprehensive and observable indicator. In this paper, we attempt to design the Residents＇ Financial Services Inclusion Index containing three main financial services, which are banking services,securities services and insurance services. We measure the Residents＇ Financial Services Inclusion Index by means of the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2005 to 2013. Based on the spatial autocorrelation analysis theory and methods,we investigate the spatial differences of residents＇ financial services inclusion in China. As a result, in terms of provinces,residents＇ financial services inclusion shows an upward trend in general, reflecting incremental improvements of the inclusive finance in China. In terms of regions, residents＇ financial services inclusion presents apparent differentiation pattern. Residents＇ financial services inclusion＇s global spatial differences increase first, and then decrease. Moreover, the local spatial differences are very small and relatively steady. However, these are not the symbol of residents＇ financial services inclusion development in a coordinated way, but the reflection of spatial differentiation among regions. The results imply that it＇s currently urgent to make efficient use of the radiation and spread effect among provinces, in order to achieve inclusive finance integration development.
