摘要
[目的]观察颈腰痛煎剂Ⅱ号联合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例牵引,患者仰卧于牵引床上,保持下肢放松、伸直,上下半身对抗持续牵引,不同年龄、体质患不同牵引力,初次20-30kg,选择体重1/2左右开始,逐渐增加牵引力（增至30-50kg）,最大不超过体重2/3,1次/d,不间断牵引20min/次,结束后指导患者做腰部康复功能训练,继续平卧于硬板床,减少腰部活动,避免劳累损伤,戴腰围以保护腰部。治疗组50例颈腰痛煎剂Ⅱ号（熟地黄30g,炙附子、威灵仙各10g,山药20g,山茱萸15g,枸杞、杜仲、菟丝子、鹿角胶各20g,当归15g,桂枝10g,牛膝15g）,1剂/d,水煎400m L,早中晚饭后温服;牵引同对照组。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、直腿抬高试验、加强试验、股神经牵拉试验阳性、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈40例,显效2例,有效5例,无效3例,总有效率94.00%。对照组痊愈30例,显效4例,有效6例,无效10例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]颈腰痛煎剂Ⅱ号联合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the neck backache decoctionⅡjoint traction the curative effect of treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.[Methods] using random parallel control method,With the number 100 inpatients in pathography the draw method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 50 cases of traction,lie on your back in patients with traction bed,keep the lower extremities relax,straighten,different age,physical condition of traction,the first 20-30 kg,select starting around half the weight,gradually increase the traction（increased to 30-50 kg）,most don＇t weight more than 2/3,once/day,continuous traction 20 min/times,guide patients to do the waist function recovery after training,continue to lay down on the hard bed,reduce the waist activities,avoid fatigue damage,wear to protect the waist girth.Treatment group by 50 cases of cervical lumbago decoction Ⅱ number（rehmannia glutinosa 30 g,main monkshood,clematis root,10 g,yam 20 g,dogwood 15 g,Chinese wolfberry,eucommia,dodder,antler glue each 20 g,angelica 15 g,cassia 10 g,twig 15g）,1 dose/day,boiled 400 ml,early one meal warm clothing;Traction with the control group.For 2 weeks to one treatment course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,the straight legraising test,strengthening experiment,femoral nerve stretch positive and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment,judge curative effection.[Results] Treatment group（40 cases cured,2 cases were markedly effective,effective in 5 cases,3 had no effect,the total effective rate was 94.00%.Control group 30 cases of recovery,4 cases were markedly effective,6 cases,10 cases of invalid,the total effective rate was 80.00%.The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion] Neck backache decoction numberⅡjoint traction,the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,curative effect is satisfied,no serious adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
