摘要
CRTSⅢ型板是我国开发的具有完全中国自主知识产权无砟轨道新型结构形式,郑徐客运专线施工中首次大规模采用了先张法CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道预制施工技术,保证了轨道板预制质量,并总结形成一套成熟的先张法CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道的制造工艺,文章主要对其施工工艺进行简单介绍。
CRTSⅢ plate is developed in China, and it is a ballastless track＇s new type structure with independent property right.Pre-tensioned prestressed CRTS Ⅲ ballastless track plate prefabrication construction technology was first large-scale used in the Zhengxu passenger special line. It ensured the quality of track plate prefabrication, and constructed mature pre-tensioned prestressed CRTSⅢ ballastless track plate prefabrication technology. This paper simply introduces the construction technology.
