介绍了CRTSⅢ型先张法预应力混凝土轨道板的结构组成、特点及制造精度,从模板、预埋套管、钢筋骨架绑扎、轨道板脱模、封锚施工等方面,阐述了寒冷地区轨道板的制造技术,从而确保轨道板的质量。
The paper introduces prestressed concrete track slab structure organization,features and manufacture accuracy of CRTSⅢ pre-tensioning method. Starting from aspects of template,pre-embedded tube,steel bar framework binding,track slab demoulding,anchor-sealing construction and other aspects,it explains track slab manufacture techniques,so as to guarantee track slab quality.
