摘要 研究聚酰亚胺(PI)隔膜的吸液率、孔隙率和耐温性能。分析PI隔膜和Celgard隔膜组装的电池的倍率性能、循环性能和安全性能。PI隔膜具有比Celgard隔膜更好的耐温性能及更高的吸液率,组装的电池在以高于1.500 C的倍率放电时,电压平台及输出容量与0.100 C输出容量的比值分别比Celgard隔膜组装的电池至少高出0.024 V和1.000%。 The properties of polyimide( PI) membrane,such as inhibition rate,porosity and heated resistance were studied. The cycle performance,safety performance and high rate discharge of the batteries assembled by PI membrane and Celgard membrane were analyzed. PI membrane had better heated resistance and higher inhibition rate than Celgard membrane,when the assembled battery was discharged with the rate higher than 1. 500 C,the discharge platform and ratio capacity and discharge capacity of 0. 100 C were higher at least 0. 024 V and 1. 000% respectively than battery assembled with Celgard membrane.
