摘要
制备了多孔聚乙烯醇隔膜(现场涂覆成形);通过SEM、循环伏安及交流阻抗测试对其进行了表征。结果表明:制备的聚乙烯醇隔膜表观结构均匀,无明显的凝聚及相分离现象;有较宽的电化学稳定窗口和较高的电导率(室温电导率可达10-1S/cm)。采用此隔膜组装的AA型碱性锌锰电池以1A恒电流放电,1.1V以上的高电压段容量较使用普通隔膜组装的电池提高了25%~30%。
Porous PVA separator was prepared by in-situ coating method and characterized by SEM, CV and IMP techniques. The research results showed that the prepared PVA separator had uniform apparent structure, high conductivity and good electrochemical stability window, no obvious phenomenon of agglomerate and phase-separation. In comparison with the AA size alkaline Zn-MnO2 battery using the normal separator, the capacity above 1.1V of battery using PVA separator was increased by 25% - 30% discharging at 1A constant current.
