摘要
从国外社区减灾装备的基本情况入手,从区域灾害系统角度阐述社区减灾装备研究中的几个问题,尤其是灾害脆弱性、恢复性、适应性、灾害风险等系列研究热点与社区减灾装备的关系.可为中国综合减灾示范社区减灾装备的科学配备,最大限度地减轻社区灾害风险和损失提供参考.
Basic situation of community disaster reduction equipments (CDRE),in USA,Japan,Thailand and Indonesia,was used to explore several key issues of CDRE based on regional disaster system.Disaster vulnerability,resilience,adaptation,and their relationships with CDRW were discussed in detail.This could provide references to scientific equipments of CDRE in National Model Community of Comprehensive Disaster-reduction in China,in order to reduce disaster risk and disaster damage and loss on a community scale.
