摘要
可拓学研究可提供解决矛盾问题的规律与方法。城市公共安全体系建设的目的是要解决灾害和事故的不可避免性与使灾害和事故损失最小化之间的矛盾。运用物元理论对城市公共安全事件的特点进行形式化表述,分析其发散性、可扩性、相关性和共轭性等,有利于寻找城市公共安全的基本矛盾,为城市公共安全体系的建设提供依据。在城市公共安全体系构建研究中引入可拓理论,有利于规划组建完善的城市公共安全体系。
Extenics provides laws and measures to solve contradiction problems. City disasters and accidents are inevitable. The high-efficiency Urban Community Safety (UCS) system can minimize the loss. Based on the formalized description of UCS incident characteristics by Extenics method, the paper analyzes its divergence, extension, interrelation and conjugation, which is helpful to explore the UCS essential contradiction and provides a basis for UCS system construction. Extenics can be used to guide the planning and construction UCS practice.
