摘要
文章主要介绍了钎焊在热交换器焊接应用的广泛性,在焊接过程中环境或人为因素易导致焊点虚焊,使接头焊点强度下降。对接头单边间隙、钎料与母材的润湿角、杂质、油污等进行研究论证;通过试验分析排列出各个隐患点对焊接质量的影响程度,并推出整改方案。
This paper mainly introduces the extensive application in the brazed heat exchanger, In the process of welding environment or man-made factors easily lead to weld joints, The solder joint strength decreased. Study on the wetting joint, unilateral gap filler metal and the angle, impurities, oil, etc. Through the analysis of the experimental arrangement influence on welding quality of various risks and launched a rectification plan.
