摘要
利用紫外-可见光谱法研究了四磺酸钠杯[4]芳烃(C[4]A-SO_3Na)对碱性品红(BF)、罗丹明B(RhB)的包结。结果表明,C[4]A-SO_3Na对BF和RhB的包合比均为1∶1,25℃下的包合常数分别为1.42×10~3L·mol^(-1)和3.0×103L·mol^(-1)。在C[4]A-SO_3Na-BF体系中分别加入阳离子Zn^(2+)、Cu^(2+)、Mn^(2+)、Cd^(2+)和Ag+,体系在最大吸收波长处吸收强度稍有增大,且加入Cu^(2+)时提高最明显,Cu^(2+)具有阻碍C[4]A-SO_3Na包结BF的作用;5种阳离子不影响C[4]A-SO_3Na对RhB的包结。阴离子HPO_4^(2-)和Cl-对C[4]A-SO_3Na包结BF几乎无影响;SO_4^(2-)可降低体系在λmax处吸收强度,具有促进C[4]A-SO_3Na对BF包结的作用;Cl^-和SO_4^(2-)对C[4]A-SO_3Na包结RhB几乎无影响,HPO_4^(2-)可提高体系在λmax处吸收强度,具有阻碍C[4]A-SO_3Na对RhB包结的作用。还研究了pH对C[4]A-SO_3Na与BF包结物(C[4]A-SO_3Na-BF)吸收强度的影响,结果表明,在pH为5~8范围内,C[4]A-SO_3Na对BF有稳定作用。
Inclusion behaviors of 4 -sulfonatocalix[4]arene (C[4]A -SO3 Na)to basic fuchsin (BF)and rhodamine B(RhB)were studied by using of UV -Vis spectrum.Results showed that both inclu-sion ratios of C[4]A -SO3 Na to BF and RhB were 1:1,and inclusion constants at 25 ℃ were 1.42 ×103 L ·moL -1 and 3.0 ×103 L·moL -1 ,respectively.Adsorption strengths at maximum absorption wavelength (λmax )increased slightly when Zn2 +,Cu2 +,Mn2 +,Cd2 + or Ag +,respectively,has been added into C[4]A -SO3 Na -BF system,and the most obvious increase of adsorption strength among them sourced from adding Cu2 +.Hence,Cu2 + possessed a capability to hinder the inclusion of C[4]A -SO3 Na to BF.There were no influences of adding above metal ions on inclusion of C[4]A -SO3 Na to RhB.Almost no effects of adding anions of HPO4 2 - or Cl - on inclusion of C [4]A -SO3 Na to BF were observed.However,adsorption strength at λmax declined when adding SO4 2 -,hereby,SO4 2 - possessed a capability to promote the inclusion of C[4]A -SO3 Na to BF.Almost no effects of adding Cl - or SO4 2 - on inclusion of C[4]A -SO3 Na to RhB were observed,and adsorption strength at λmax increased when adding HPO4 2 -,therefore,HPO4 2 - possessed a capability to hinder the inclusion of C[4]A -SO3 Na to RhB.The influences of pH on adsorption strengths of C[4]A -SO3 Na -BF were studied also.Results showed that C[4]A -SO3 Na possessed a capability to sta-bilize BF in range of pH 5 -8.
