摘要
随着重点项目支出绩效评价工作的逐渐成熟并取得一定成效,部门整体支出绩效评价受到更多关注,各部门、各级单位开始积极探索并开展试点工作。在综合分析不同领域部门整体支出绩效评价工作实例的基础上,分析部门整体支出绩效评价特点,梳理评价的重点与难点,研究提出部门整体支出绩效评价思路和实操性建议。
Performance evaluation of key projects has been conducted that has resulted in great achievements. As more attention is paid on performance evaluation of departmental overall expenditures, pilot project has been implemented by relevant departments and institutions. Based on comprehensive analysis of overall expenditure evaluation of different departments, the character, key points and difficulties involved in evaluation are examined.Measures and practical suggestions for performance evaluation of departmental overall expenditures are worked out.
