摘要
目的探讨人血清内脂素水平与肥胖和2型糖尿病的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测65例2型糖尿病患者和32例健康人的空腹血清内脂素(visfatin)水平,同时测量体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比值(WHR)并检测空腹血清胰岛素(Fins)、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))以及血脂。结果肥胖T2DM患者血清visfatin水平与BMI、WHR和Fins呈正相关,其中WHR、FPG、HbA_(1c、TC与BMI是影响血清visfatin水平最为显著的因素。结论 2型糖尿病患者的血清visfatin检测水平显著高于正常组,肥胖者血清visfatin检测水平更高,提示血清visfatin可能参与肥胖和2型糖尿病的发病机制。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum visfatin levels and obesity and type 2 diabetes.Method Serum of 65 patients with type 2 diabetes and 32 healthy persons were detected in Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）tests to fasting serum visfatin levels.Body mass index（BMI）or waist hip ratio（WHR）were measured and fasting serum insulin（Fins）,blood glucose（FBG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1cand blood lipid were assayed.Result Serum visfatin levels in patiants with obesity and type 2 diabetes were positively correlated with BMI,WHR and Fins.WHR,FPG,HbA1c,TC and BMI were the most significant factors to affect serum visfatin levels.Conclusion Serum visfatin levels in patiants with type 2 diabetes were significantly higher than normal and related to obesity.Serum visfatin may be involved in the pathogenesis of obesity and type 2 diabetes.
