摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法选取从2014年1月至2015年3月收治的96例消化性溃疡患者作为调查对象,采取随机数表法,将其分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=48),两组患者均给予常规西药治疗,在此基础上,观察组患者加用中药治疗,两个疗程后(1个疗程4周),对比两组患者的疗效。结果两组患者的总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组患者的复发率明显低于对照组,其差异存在着统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡效果良好,共同发挥中西医的治疗优势,可明显改善患者的临床症状,复发率低,有助于提高患者的生活质量,值得临床上进一步推广研究应用。
Objective To explore the clinical obervation of the combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine to cure peptic ulcer.Methods 96 cases were choosen of the patients with peptic ulcer admited in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2015 for investigate.Adopt the double-blind method,ther are divided equally into observation group （n = 48） and control group （n =48）,two groups of patients were given conventional treatment of western medicine,on this basis, observation group of patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）.After the two courses （a course of 4 weeks）, contrast the curative effect of two groups of patients.Results Two group＇s total effective rate of patients with more significant difference （P〈0.05）;Observation group of patients with recurrence rates significantly lower than the control group, the difference there has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine to cure peptic ulcer has a good effect,making use of the advantages of Chinese and western medicine treatment together,can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with a low recurrence rate,help to improve the patient＇s quality of life, is worth popularizing further clinical research and application and it is worth of undertaking the deeper promotion of research and application.
