摘要
利用植物资源开发新的培养方法来促进干酪乳杆菌的生长。在单因素优化实验的基础上,采用响应面实验设计,首次对能缓解环境污染的维科(WIC)天然生物制剂影响干酪乳杆菌生长的条件进行初步优化。结果表明,维科天然生物制剂可以促进干酪乳杆菌的生长。经过响应面分析得到的最优促生长条件为:温度39.51℃,培养基起始pH6.16,接种量1.34%,最适维科制剂培养浓度12.56mg/mL,干酪乳杆菌的实际OD610mm值达2.227,菌落总数为7.3×10^9CFU/mL。本研究给该天然生物制剂应用提供了理论依据。
In order to promote the growth of Lactobacillus casei, a new cultivation method was developed by using plant resources.Making use of response surface methodology based on single factor optimization experiment,it is the first time to optimize the effect of WIC natural biologics primarily, which could alleviate the environmental pollution.The results proved that,WIC natural biologics could positively promote growth of Lactobacillus caseLWith the applying of response surface analysis techniques, the optimal promotional growth conditions could be achieved as:the temperature of medium was 39.5 1 ℃,the initial pH of medium was 6.16,the inoculation quantity was 1.2,4%, the optimum concentration of WlC biologics preparation training was 12.56 mg/mL, the actual OD610nm value of Lactobacillus was 2.222,and colonies total number reached 7.3 × 10^9 CFLI/mL at last.This thesis would provide a theoretical basis for the application of natural biologics.
