摘要
师范生的核心能力即教学能力,以"MOOC"环境下先进的建设理念为指导,结合"翻转课堂"的教学经验,以《教育部关于实施卓越教师培养计划的意见》为依据,构建了基于"翻转课堂"教学微技能创新培训平台,该平台包含MOOC模块、课堂教学模块、实践创新模块。三个模块形成闭合循环螺旋上升的运行机制。实践证明,该平台调动了师范生自主学习的积极性,强化了师范生实践能力和创新能力,有利于新时期师范生教学能力的提升,为探索新型师范专业教师的培养之路提供了借鉴。
Normal students' core competence is teaching ability.The paper constructed the innovation training platform which was guidance of advanced building concept in MOOC environments, combined with flipped classroom teaching experience, based on "The ministry of education opinions about outstanding teacher training plan",the platform included MOOC module,teaching module, practical innovations module. Three modules formed spiral rising closed-circulation's operational mechanism.The platform can arouse the enthusiasm of normal students' autonomous learning, strengthen normal students' practical ability and creativity, develop normal students' teaching ability in the new period, provide the reference for exploring the proper way of training new professional teachers.
