摘要
船用感应推进电机是船舶采用综合电力推进系统的关键设备之一,大型船用感应推进电机设计与常规电机设计具有较大差异。本文从电磁、结构、通风冷却和绝缘设计等方面开展大型船用感应推进电机设计,并通过10MW感应推进电机样机的制造和试验,验证了设计的合理性和准确性。
Induction propulsion motors are one of the most important equipments in the system of marine electric propulsion. There are some big differences in the design of large induction propulsion motors and regular motors. This paper discusses the design of induction propulsion motors including the aspects of electromagnetic, structure, cooling system and insulation. The conclusions are verified and testified from the manufacture processes and experiments.
