通过合理的化学成分选择并配合多元低合金化处理的熔炼工艺,选用长效孕育剂强化孕育效果,改善铸件基体组织及石墨形态,实现了高强度多元合金化气缸头铸件材质的成功熔炼。
This paper through reasonable choice of chemical composition and combined with the treatment of multi-element low alloy melting process, and long-lasting inoculants intensify inoculation effect, improve casting microstructure and graphite shape, achieve high strength alloy cylinder head casting more than successful melting of the material.
