摘要
通过对铸造工艺进行改进,使柴油机气缸盖铸件的气孔、缩松、缩孔、夹渣、夹砂、渗漏等缺陷大幅度减少,铸件的质量得到了较大提升,提高了生产效率,降低了铸造成本,同时也较好地保证了柴油机的整机性能。
As a result of casting process improvement and quality control, defects of cylinder head such as the blow hole, shrinkage, slag inclusion, sand inclusion, leakage was largely reduced, casting quality was obviously improved, productivity was increased, as well as the casting cost was decreased that is very beneficial to guarantee the performance of the diesel engine.
