摘要
通过对淬火槽及其冷却装置优化设计、增加温控系统以及采取牺牲阳极的阴极保护防腐措施,提高了淬火装置的稳定性、实用性和可靠性。同时采用合理的淬火冷却介质对A517Gr.Q钢主弦管淬火冷却,可使其屈服强度、抗拉强度和伸长率得到提高,尤其是低温冲击性能大大提高,比美国船级社(ABS)的技术要求高出1~2倍,延长了桩腿的服役寿命。
The stability,practicability and reliability of quenching device with cathodic protection anti-corrosion measure was obtained by optimizing design of quenching tank,and by adding temperature control system. Meantime,the A517 Gr. Q steel chord was quenched in the new prepared aqueous solution of nitrates and nitrites. The yield strength,tensile strength and elongation rate of the A517 Gr. Q steel chord are obviously enhanced,especially the low-temperature impact toughness. The mechanical properties are 1-2 times higher than the technical requirements of the American Bureau of Shipping( ABS),which benefits to prolong the service life of the leg.
