摘要
研究了三种Al-Zn-In牺牲阳极在低温下的电化学性能,其中Al-Zn-In-Cd牺牲阳极在低温时电流效率为84%左右,阳极溶解呈非均匀状,腐蚀产物不脱落,不适用于低温环境;Al-Zn-In-Mg-Ti牺牲阳极在低温时电流效率为90%左右,表面呈均匀状溶解,腐蚀产物脱落,具有较好的电化学性能.
The electrochemical behavior of three kinds of Al-Zn-In sacrificial anode at low temperature was investigated. The current efficiency of Al-Zn-In-Cd anode at low temperature was about 84% ,the surface dissolution of which was non-uniform, and the corrosion product adhered on the anode, thus this sacrificial anode was not suitable for low temperature environment. Whilst the current efficiency of Al-Zn-In- Mg-Ti sacrificial anode is about 90% , the surface dissolution of which was uniform, and the corrosion product fell off,thus this anode had excellent electrochemical behavior.
