摘要
乳腺癌是女性常见的一种恶性肿瘤,占全身恶性肿瘤的7%~10%左右,仅次于宫颈癌。近年来,乳腺癌的发病率有不断上升趋势。现代医学主要以手术、放疗、化疗、内分泌综合治疗为主。而中医方面深入研究乳腺癌中医证型学临床特点,在中医肿瘤的诊疗中有着十分重要的意义。因此,本文将近年来乳腺癌中医常见证型及其治疗进展进行综述,旨在为今后的临床工作提供参考依据。
Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor among females, accounting for about 7%-10% of systemic malignant tumors, second only to cervical cancer. In recent years, the incidence of breast cancer shows a rising trend. The treatment methods for breast cancer in modern medicine are mainly surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrine therapy. While in traditional Chinese medicine, intensive studies are conducted to research the syndrome differentiation of breast cancer, which has vital significance in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer by traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, this thesis reviewed the syndrome differentiation and its treatment progress in traditional Chinese medicine, aiming at providing a reference for future clinical practice.
