摘要
以校园绘本教育的研究与实践为基础,结合落实国务院办公厅《关于全面加强和改进学校美育工作的意见》,提出应根据美育国策与教育环境的改变,通过教育理念、方法和手段的革新,大力开展以综合素质培养与提高为目的的全民审美教育。在中小学普及开展绘本教育,应提倡以绘画与文字为媒介,发掘绘本教育在艺术教育、素质教育和人格养成方面的巨大潜力。
Based on research and practice in education through campus picture books and in compliance with Suggestions of the General Office of the State Council on Strengthening and Improving Aesthetic Education in Schools,this paper holds that in response to the changes in the national policies governing aesthetic education and in the educational environment and by means of reforming educational ideas,methods and means,a nationwide aesthetic education must be implemented to nurture and boost the overall quality of the masses. When popularizing and conducting education through campus picture books in primary and secondary schools,emphasis must be placed on tapping its potentials in art education,quality education and character development by using drawing and text as a medium.
