模块化超声给药系统设计

摘要 基于超声促渗的双氯芬酸钠体外透皮正交实验研究,在前期实验数据积累的基础上,提取了复合促渗的有效实验参数组合。为了适应后期临床测试的需要,在比对和分析目前超声给药系统结构的基础上,提出了模块化超声给药系统的设计方案,并完成了各部分主要模块电路的设计,实现了超声给药系统结构的优化和可持续升级,为后续工作的展开提供了基础。 Based on the diclofenac sodium permeation experiment of ultrasound vitro transdermal influence with the orthogonal theory,and the accumulation of experimental data,the compound promotes effective parameters are extracted. In order to meet the needs of the late animal experiments and further clinical testing,we proposed to build the proper ultrasonic delivery drug system. Through comparing and analyzing the main realization methods of ultrasonicator trans dermal system,the construction scheme is made for modular ultrasonic drug delivery system.We finally completed the whole system circuit,and realized the optimization and sustainable development of the structure of the ultrasonic dosing system. It provids the basis for subsequent work.
