摘要
介绍了与大功率超声波换能器配套的大功率正弦逆变电源。针对逆变电源中逆变开关管工作频率高,开关损耗大,输出功率大的特点,将一种改进的混合脉宽调制(Hybrid Pulse Width Modulation,简称HPWM)控制技术用于逆变器,即采用80C196MC作为主控芯片,以软件生成HPWM波;采用性能优异的LM5111芯片作为驱动。此外,对电源的硬件构成、控制方案及软件实现等问题进行了分析。实验表明,基于HPWM技术的大功率正弦超声波逆变电源性能优良,应用前景看好。
This paper introduces a sine inversion power source matched for ultrasonic wave power transducer.In view of the characters of the switchs in inverters,such zs high operating frequence,high switch losses and output power,an improved control scheme named Hybrid Pulse Width Modulation(HPWM) is put forward,in which 80C196MC is used as the main control chip,the HPWM wave is generated by software and LM5111 is applied as the drive circuit.Moreover,the hardware construction of the power source,the control scheme,the software implementation etc.are analyzed.Experiment verifies that the proposed power source based on HPWM has the perfect performances and application prospects.Adopted a developed HPWM control technology,the invertor used 80C196MC single-chip computer as control key,and it also analyzed constitude of hardware,control pian and software and so on.
