摘要
社会组织具有公权力属性,因此不可忽视社会组织领域内的腐败;同时,社会组织作为社会力量的主要载体,对国家公权力具有重要的监督功能。预防腐败,可以发挥社会组织的作用。发挥社会组织的反腐败功能,必将更好地净化公权力运行的轨道。对此,应该准确定位和认识社会组织,培育部分以监督公权力为主要目的和价值取向的社会组织,完善社会组织监督公权力的相应制度建设。
Since social organizations are given the feature of public power, the corruption within social organizations should not be neglected. Meanwhile, being as the main carrier of social force, social organizations are of important supervisory function to the national public power. Corruption prevention can take use of the role of social organizations. Development of the anti-corruption function of social organizations will better purify the track of public power operation. In this regard, social organizations should be accurately positioned and understood and even some of them with public power supervision being the main purpose and value orientation should be cultivated to improve related system building of social organizations supervising public power.
