摘要
为观察柴油机喷嘴孔内燃油流动及孔外雾化状态,设计喷油信号处理电路进行喷油驱动信号滤波及电平转换,以输入给单片机进行喷油起始点检测,并编译延时程序,搭建了一套可实现频闪仪同步延时闪光的可视化试验装置。试验结果表明,该同步延时装置满足响应时间快、工作可靠、同步精度高、延时时间按键可控的要求,为柴油机孔内流动及孔外雾化的研究提供了可靠的试验数据。
In order to observe the internal nozzle flow and spray pattern outside the nozzle, a set of visualization devices is built, and those devices can achieve stroboscopic synchronization and delay flash. A signal processing circuit is designed to filter the input signal and reduce the input single. The experimental results show that this set of devices can meet the requirements of fast time response, reliable work, bigh synchronization accuracy and delay time controlled.
