摘要
针对高速生产线上基于计数传感器的产品传送速度参数,提出一种全新的在线校准方法。分析传统方法的不足,介绍了频闪效应和相关标准器,并以此为基础对校准原理和方法进行介绍和说明。通过实例分析证明,该方法具备可操作性和实用性。进行了校准结果的计算和测量不确定度评定,实现了校准的可溯源。该方法能够在不影响企业生产的前提下完成校准工作,极大保障了工作人员的人身安全,实现了真正的在线校准。
To propose a novel online calibration method counter-based conveying speed on high-speed production line. With analysis of traditional ways and introduction of stroboscopic effect as well as standard instruments to be used, the principal and approaches of calibration are introduced. The method are proved to be reasonable and helpful by studying a working case, and related calibration result is traceable by giving the uncertainty of measurement. The method can realize calibration without interrupting production and can also ensure security of workers, which makes it a real online calibration method.
