摘要 为提高学员岗位任职能力,从教学对象、教育理念、教学模式以及保障条件等四个方面分析了士官教育的现状。根据技能型士官教育的特点,从优化教学内容、创新教学方法、改革教材编写模式、加强硬件条件建设、搭建自主学习平台等方面对"电工技能"课程进行改革和实践。教学实践表明,课程改革措施为电工实践能力的培养奠定了重要基础,有利于提高电工岗位任职能力,同时能为其他技能实训课程建设提供一定的借鉴作用。 In order to improve the post ability,the state of sergeant education is analyzed from the education object,the education idea,the teaching mode and the teaching guarantee condition. According to the characteristic of the skilloriented petty officer education,reforms and practices of electrician skill course are carried on,which include optimizing the content of courses,innovating teaching method,reforming compilation model of the teaching material,strengthening hardware condition construction and constructing self-determination learning platform. The teaching practice shows that the above measures lay an important foundation for electrician skill ability cultivation,improve the post ability of electrician skill and provide reference for the construction of other skills training courses.
