摘要
目的了解慢性。肾衰竭（CRF）患者社会关系质量和应对疲惫现状，探讨患者社会关系质量对应对疲惫的影响，为改善应对疲惫提供参考。方法采用简明疲惫评估量表和社会关系质量量表对303例CRF患者进行问卷调查，采用单因素分析和多元线性回归分析相结合方法探讨社会关系质量对应对疲惫的影响。结果CRF患者应对疲惫评分为（10．43±2，26）分，发生率为64．69％；社会关系质量总分（51．52±6．76）分；应对疲惫与家庭亲密度、家庭承担、朋友关系、社会关系质量总分均呈负相关（r值分别为-0．413，-0．373，-0．326，-0．369；P〈0．05）；多元线性回归分析显示，家庭亲密度、家庭承担、朋友关系、疾病分期、家庭收入、付款方式和贫血均为CRF患者应对疲惫的影响因素。结论CRF患者应对疲惫发生率较高，社会关系质量为其应对疲惫的影响因素，可从社会关系质量人手来改善应对疲惫。
Objective To investigate the social relationship quality and the coping with fatigue in patients with chronic renal failure （ CRF）, analyze the relationship between them, so as to provide a new perspective to improve the coping with fatigue. Methods A total of 303 patients with CRF were questionnaired by the social relationship quality scale and the brief fatigue assessment scale. The single factor analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis were used to explore the effect of social relationship quality on coping with fatigue. Results The total score of coping with fatigue was （ 10.43 ± 2.26） in patients with CRF, and the incidence of coping with fatigue was 64.69%. The total score of social relationship quality in CRF patients was （51.52 ± 6.76）. Pearson correlation analysis shew that the coping with fatigue was significantly negatively correlated with the family cohesion, family commitment, friends relationship and the total score of social relationship quality （r = -0. 413, -0.373, -0.326, -0. 369;P 〈0. 05）. There was significant difference of the score of coping with fatigue in the CRF patients with different sex, age, culture degree, family income, mode of payment, staging of disease and anemia （P 〈 0.05）. Hierarchical regression analysis shew that family cohesion, family commitment, friends relationship, staging of disease, family income, mode of payment and anemia were the influencing factor of the coping with fatigue. Conclusions CRF patients had a high incidence rate of coping with fatigue, and social relationship quality was its influencing factor; the nursing staff can start from the social relationship quality to improve the level of coping with fatigue in CRF patients.
