摘要
介绍了95 t^103 t真空钢锭锭型的优化设计,将此类真空钢锭的锥度设定为4.0%,高径比设定为1.30~1.40,并通过对冒口容积及尾部比例的合理分配,使得锭身重量占到钢锭总重量的78%,同时通过对浇注过热度、浇注速度等重要工艺参数的优化,使得真空大钢锭普遍存在的偏析、疏松、缩孔、夹杂等缺陷得到了避免,钢锭的利用率也得到了大幅提高。
The optimized design of pattern for 95 t ~ 103 t vacuum casting steel ingot has been described. The taper of this kind of ingot has been designed to be 4. 0%,and the height-diameter ratio has been designed to be 1. 30~ 1. 40. Meanwhile,by reasonably distributing the proportion between the volume of riser and the end part of ingot,the weight of ingot body has taken 78% of total weight of whole ingot. By optimizing the key process parameters,such as the overheating degree of casting and the pouring rate etc.,the defects appeared frequently on the heavy vacuum ingot has been avoided,such as segregation,porosity,shrinkage and inclusion etc.. Therefore,the utilization ratio of the ingots has been increased sharply.
