摘要
研究了浇注系统结构对10-27t大钢锭成材后探伤合格率的影响。通过改进浇注系统结构,降低浇注过程中的夹渣几率,提高了钢材质量。改进后探伤不合格率由14.6%下降到2.5%,下降了83%。
The paper studied the effect of gating system's structure on the qualification rate of the heavy ingots that weigh from 10 to 27 t by ultrasonic testing. The entrapped slag was decreased, and the steel quality was improved by improvement of the gating system. The reject ratio is reduced by 83% from 14.6% to 2,5%,
