摘要
旅游非正规就业对于缓解中国就业压力有着重要的作用,因此旅游非正规就业群体应该得到足够的重视。首先,通过文献分析发现就业歧视、社会认同与旅游非正规就业群体之间存在逻辑关系;然后,通过一些调查问卷及访谈数据印证发现,就业歧视是旅游非正规就业群体形成的重要原因,且社会认同的形成强化了这个群体的存在;最后,提出了三者之间的关系模型,并针对政府现有的对旅游非正规就业的做法提出了一些建议。
Tourism informal employment plays an important part in alleviating employment pressure of China,so tourism informal employment groups should be taken seriously.Firstly,through the literature analysis we find the logical relationship among employment discrimination,social identity and tourism informal employment;Then,with the data of questionnaires and interviews,we discover that employment discrimination is an important cause of formation of tourism informal employment groups,and social identity reinforces the existence of this group;Finally,we presents the relation model about the three,and put forward some suggestions contrapose some existing practice of the government.
