摘要
全日制高职工科学生的培养模式应不断地去融合工程实践的内涵。文章依据职业能力培养规律,提出了以实践为主线的涵盖工程实践入门期、探索期、升华期三个阶段的全日制高职生实践培养模式,并建立三个阶段有效运行的培养机制,有效地提升全日制高职工科学生的教育质量。
The training mode of full-time vocational engineering students should merge with the engineering practice. Based on the professional ability training principles, this paper puts forward the practice-based training mode which has three stages: introduction stage, exploration stage and sublimation stage. The effective training mechanism is also built so as to promote the education quality.
