摘要
针对微合金化钢边直裂缺陷,采用倒角型铸坯控制其形成,通过实验室模拟轧制和有限元分析,并通过工业化生产研究表明,采用倒角铸坯进行轧制使铸坯轧制前角部保持较高温度,并保持轧制过程中角部温度的均匀性,使轧制过程应变更为均匀,并在倒角形状对鼓型释放的影响下减小了展宽轧制过程非均匀变形和轧制方向应变不均匀性,从而保证了轧制鼓型的均匀性,减小形成折叠可能性,有效地控制了边直裂的形成,提出采用倒角型铸坯在不改变轧制工艺前提下,能够简单而有效地减少边直裂产生。
The improvement of the edge straight crack was researched by chamfered slabs.By the analysis of rolling simulation experiment,finite element method and industry production,the results indicated that the corner of the chamfered slab kept high temperature during hot rolling process,and the even distribution of the slab temperature was kept,as well as the deformation strain.The tensile strain was released by the chamfered shape,and the uneven distribution of bugle and deformation were reduced to cut down the possibility of crease. The edge straight crack was prevented by the chamfered slabs effectively without the change of the rolling process.
