摘要
通过测定30Cr Mn Ti钢奥氏体晶粒尺寸、CCT曲线和TTT曲线,研究了加热温度对奥氏体晶粒尺寸以及冷却速度和温度对组织的影响。在实际生产中,将加热温度控制在1 040~1 060℃,可以避免奥氏体晶粒粗化;在(850±10)℃吐丝后,控制相变温度在630~660℃进行缓冷,缓冷时间保持在70 s以上,冷却速度控制在1 K/s以下,盘条可获得良好的珠光体+铁素体组织,盘条抗拉强度在895 MPa左右,断面收缩率约为55%。
By means of measuring the austenite grain size and drawing CCT curves and TTT curves,the relationship of heating temperature and austenite grain size, the cooling rate and temperature effecting on metallographic structure were studied. The production practice showed that the heating temperature was controlled at 1 040 ~ 1 060 ℃ to avoid the austenite grain size coarsing.By setting holding temperature at( 850 ± 10) ℃,guaranteeing phase-transition temperature at 630 ~660 ℃ and phase-transition time greater than 70 s,controlling cooling rate below 1 K / s,the wire rod acquired perfect microstructure of pearlite and ferrite. The tensile strength and percentage reduction of area were 895 MPa and 55% respectively.
