摘要
对35MnVNbTi,35MnVNb及33Mn2V三种非调质油井管坯钢进行了不同加热温度和不同保温时间的奥氏体晶粒长大规律试验并作了比较。结果表明,35MnVNbTi钢在高温下具有最好的抗晶粒粗化能力;而加入钒、铌和钛三种元素能达到细化晶粒和提高钢的强韧性目的。
For three steels 35MnVNbTi, 35MnVNb and 33Mn2V non-quenched and tempered oil-well tube blooms, the experiments of the austenite grain size growth were compared each other under various elevated temperatures and various holding times. The results showed that the steel of 35MnVNbTi has the best anti-coarsening ability at elevated temperatures. So, It is new method for improvement the strength and toughness and grain refinement to add three kinds of microalloyed elements jointly.
