摘要
2015年中国(福建)自贸实验区挂牌成立,这将给福建经济未来的发展带来深远的影响。福建作为海上丝绸之路的起点,地理区位优势明显,其核心定位是利用区域优势发展对台经济。回顾近年来福建省的经济发展,总体经济实力极大提升,交通网络日益完善,闽台经贸交流更为密切,新型城镇化建设不断推进,为自贸区的发展提供了强有力的支撑。中国(福建)自贸区福州、厦门及平潭三大片区的战略定位明确,即促进闽台经济深入融合,探索服务贸易政策及金融改革的创新,吸引聚集更多的外来投资,促进福建省经济的整体发展,实现向内陆地区经济发展的辐射带动。借鉴中国(上海)自贸区的经验,福建省地方政府应逐步放权,借助有利契机实现产业升级转型,同时为企业打造方便高效的融资平台。
China（Fujian）Free Trade Zone was established in 2015. This policy will bring far-reaching influence on the future development of Fujian＇s economy. Fujian province as the start of maritime silk route,the location advantage obviously,its core position is take advantage of regional development of economy. Review of the economic development of Fujian province in recent years,the overall economic strength has been greatly promoted,more perfect traffic network,closer economic and trade exchanges between Fujian and Taiwan,efforts to build a new type of urbanization continually,and is good for the development of free trade zone provides a strong support. The strategic orientation of three areas,Fuzhou,Xiamen and Pingtan,is clear,promote economic depth fusion between Fujian and Taiwan,and explore the innovation of service trade policy and financial reform,gathered to attract more foreign investment,promote the overall development of economy of Fujian province,the inland radiation impetus of economic development. Based on the experience of the China（Shanghai）free trade zone,Fujian local government should be gradually decentralization,with the help of a good opportunity to realize industry upgrading transformation,at the same time,convenient and efficient financing platform for the enterprise.
